If you interested, the word Anisina means 'in memory of' in Turkish and we asked Polly about it and here is what she say, 'yes' on Twitter.

Ebb and Flow is part of the lyrics of On An Island. Gilmour has reverted to the ocean theme a few times before (blue, marooned).
Evrika (two of the bonus tracks) is Eureka in Romanian.

In some European countries, 'Nervan' (one of the titles from bonus DVD) is the name of a herbal medicine which relieves symptoms of anxiety, with similar effects to those of Diazepam. I don't know if there's any connection to the song though.

Have we all analysed the TV commercial? I am pretty sure I could hear what sounded like a sample of a Roger Waters interview?
In fact the word you are looking out to listen to is the voice says "parts".
It's Roger isn't it? <.8.>

And as if by magic "Arnold Layne" gets played, at the moment I type this, on 6 Music's Radcliffe and Maconie Show!

I think it was, in fact, Nick Mason.

Sound like Nick to me. I hope those cool bits are in the album.

Just found out the album has sax.

Ugh.

what a bitchy, whiny, complaining forum. This place has turned into the troll factory dominated by 3 or four disciples of Roger. News flash, roger left 30 years ago. yes, he did 4 songs in 05 with them, but he has moved past his bitterness and egotistical grandstanding, and wishes Nick and Dave well in all their endeavors, including a final incarnation of Floyd. You guys haven't.

I look forward to Endless River, even if Polly was singing all over it and all the music was all performed by set musicians. It will still be Pink Floyd, because the guy who owns the fucking rights to the band said it is. And you all will continue your circle jerk of disdain. So don't buy it.

So if the album stinks no one should say anything?

lurkingfear is absolutely right with his/her complain. For the same reason, it is my last visit to this forum (for it tends to be littered by posts that, when not downright boring, provide little more than empty provocation and disrespectful comments.)

Otherwise, it is as much unlikely that music featuring the great, late Richard Wright (and David Gilmour [and Nick Mason]) would stink as some of you guys complaining to death about a yet-to-be-heard album could grasp the essence of Pink Floyd.

I think you should go back in this thread a bit. There were some great exchanges about why expectations are tempered.
