Documentary about Alan from Alan's Psychedelic breakfast

Hey guys! Long time Pink Floyd fan and newbie here.

I'm a filmmaker from the UK and I'm currently making a documentary about Alan Styles, ex Pink Floyd roadie who featured on Alan's Psychedelic breakfast.
It's a bit of a long shot but does anyone know anything about him? Did anybody on here know him?

Aside from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMOayp0IFTQ and a few articles I found on the net I don't know too much. I would love to pay homage to Alan and his breakfast eating skills so any information is of value.
