9 - When "quoting" another users comments and responding to them, please only copy the text you are referring to. You do not have to quote the whole post. This is to save on bandwidth and server storage costs.

Well, press the 'quote' button on the post that you want to quote from, then delete the parts that you won't be referring to. Make sure you don't delete either [quote] or [ /quote], though! Otherwise it won't be recognized as a quote.
