Questions about RW:The WALL Film - Featured shows

I searched the web but could not find an answer.
Perhaps someone here have more information. Wikipedia and IMDB proven useless for shows dates.

The 2015 DVD/Blu-Ray film "ROGER WATERS: THE WALL" features songs form different shows.
Is there any official list with the dates and locations for each song?

In the Film version of "Mother" Roger explains his "time travel experiment" in french.
Is this the only film version? or is there any other version in english?

I do not recall seeing such a list, I suspect some close-ups are from certain shows with long shots from others.
