Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason has produced a work of art to help fund raise for the The Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts charity. People are welcome to bid for it on eBay and, as I type, the asking price is £430 (USD$700).
The charity is run by Prince Charles HRH Prince of Wales and champions the power of the arts to transform the lives of disadvantaged children throughout the UK. This won't be the first time someone from the Pink Floyd camp has been associated with Prince Charles after Charlie Gilmour, David Gilmour's adopted son, was involved in an incident with Prince Charles during the London Riots!
Other contributors from the 50 in total include Ronnie Wood, Adele, Michael Morpurgo, Jamie Oliver, Sir Michael Caine, Felicity Kendal, Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, Sir Geoff Hurst, Dame Mary Peters, Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Sir Stirling Moss, Adrian Newey and Jenson Button.
If you have some spare money knocking about, have a bid!
