Pink Floyd played a 4 song set at this wonderful pop festival and this RoIO also includes an interview with Roger Waters!

They played a very strange version of 'Interstellar Overdrive' if I may say so, it starts with drumming and Dave making a peculiar 'birdy' clicking noise on his guitar, then it goes into sort of a free form jam, one wouldn't think it was 'Interstellar Overdrive' one listened to until the familiar chords sequence set in near the end.

Richard Wright and Helen Boulding Co-Written Composition!

Helen Boulding, an up and coming singer songwriter with one of the most beautiful and soulful voices about to emerge on to the mainstream, has recorded a new song co-written with Pink Floyd's Richard Wright and Chris Difford (formerly of Squeeze). This is the first song-writing heard form Richard since his Broken China album in 1996!

Helen was kind enough to perform the song "Hazel Eyes" exclusively for Neptune Pink Floyd as well as giving us an interview about how the song came about. Her new single "I Don't Know What I Want, But I Know What I Need" which includes ''Hazel Eyes'' will be on general release from February 20th. The single is available for pre-order online from HMV here..
