Us Not Them performing at the NPF Marathon in Brighton, England 2006 are also to play in 2007!

This year Neptune Pink Floyd leaves behind the marathons and steps things up a gear for a major event - the first ever Neptune Pink Floyd Festival! The 2 day event will feature four of the UK's leading tribute bands - Darkside, Us Not Them, Breathe and Us And Them.

There will also be further special guests announced shortly and if thats not enough, we are even throwing in free admission to The NPF Alternative Pink Floyd Show featuring NPF tribute CD participants which will take place on the Saturday afternoon!

The festival will take place at The Cheese And Grain in Frome over the August bank holiday weekend from the 25th to the 26th.

News > David Gilmour DVD Has A Name!

David Gilmour's forthcoming live double DVD will be called "Remember That Night" and will be released at some point in 2007 according to David Gilmour's website's blog. The blog is edited by a "Features Editor" and not David Gilmour.

According to the Features Editor on David Gilmour's site, the High Definition DVD will be in the form of two discs featuring concert footage on one and special features on the other. The concert footage will be from the Royal Albert Hall recorded in May 2006. The extras DVD will have 3 documentaries amongst other things.

News > Barrett's Home On Rock History Trail

One of "Syd" Barrett's homes is to feature in a publicity campaign called History Rocks to promote tourism in England!

The website has his "last home" listed as number 183 Hills Road when in fact it was 6 St Margaret's Square (I have already emailed them about it so no need for 1,000 others to!!).

Hills Road was where he grew up and, although more significant a place than Mr Barrett's final place of residence, not factually his last!
