Thanks for Teresa who bought them, you can now download two notebooks that Syd Barrett used to make annotations about his history of art! Syd used to have a comprehensive collection of books on the history of art and it would seem he used one of these two notebooks to collect thoughts in his head and research his topic of interest!

News > Help Flyer The NPF Festival And Win T-Shirts!

We would like to ask our fellow NPF members to help us flyer the festival this year. Each flyer has the suggestion that it be retained for free entry into a competition at the festival. A space has been made available at the bottom of each flyer for you to include your forum username. For every 10 flyers handed in at the entrance to the festival with your forum username on we will send you a free festival t-shirt! Participants will be contacted via the forum 1 week after the festival. We'd advise you to add your username to your flyers in a programme such as Photoshop or Paint before printing. A simple 1-sided downloadable version of the flyer with 4 to an A4 page is available here.

So if you're heading off to a Floyd tribute show in your area, either of the Roger Waters shows or just somewhere where you think there'll be people interested in a 2 day Floyd festival please spare a few moments to hand out some flyers for your friends at NPF and the opportunity to receive some free NPF t-shirts!

News > Pink Floyd on Rolling Stone Cover

Rolling Stone magazine are to put Pink Floyd on their cover in their next edition which is out this coming Friday 23rd March.

They claim on their website that the band has not been on the cover before. They were in 1987! The news story below has a nice piece of evidence for you!

News > Joe Boyd Interview on npr Radio Station (Online)

Legendary Producer and writer Joe Boyd, who worked with the Pink Floyd, was involved in a radio programme interview in American on npr Radio. He has a book out called White Bicycles: The Making of Music In The 60s. He talks about music, the history of it, bits of Floyd and other interesting things in the programme.
