News > Gilmour DVD Release Date Announced

David Gilmour's forthcoming DVD of his On An Island tour called Remember That Night – Live At The Royal Albert Hall is to be released on 17th September 2007 in the UK.

According to the Features Editor on David Gilmour's site, the High Definition DVD will be in the form of two discs featuring concert footage on one and special features on the other.

The concert footage will be from the Royal Albert Hall recorded in May 2006. The extras DVD will have 3 documentaries amongst other things.

I am pleased to confirm that both Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd bass player since 1987) and Tim Renwick (Pink Floyd touring guitarist) have both agreed to do interviews for the NPF Magazine! I am going to interview them both separately by sending a series of questions by email!

Tickets for the NPF Festival 2007 featuring Guy Pratt from Pink Floyd are selling well so, if you are wanting a fantastic Floydian experience in England you should get hold of some tickets before they are sold out!

Four of the best Pink Floyd tribute bands in the world will be playing the event which takes place on August 25th and August 26th 2007 at The Cheese And Grain in Frome near Bristol in England. Guy Pratt will be performing his My Bass and Other Animals comedy show which is worth the ticket price alone!
