Pink Floyd's bass player Guy Pratt will be hosting 4X three hour long radio shows on the UK's Planet Rock digital radio station.

I have been late updating the site with this news so the first two have already been broadcast! But there are two more to come in August so get involved and listen!

- Saturday, July 28th
- Sunday, July 29th
- Saturday, August 18th
- Sunday, August 19th

They are broadcast between 9pm GMT and 12am.

Those in the UK can tune in to Planet Rock via DAB Digital Radio, on Sky channel 0110, and on cable channel 924 and the station reaches the world via www.PlanetRock.com, so there!

As well as playing bass for Pink Floyd since 1987, Guy has worked with a wealth of other people in the music industry! He is also a comedian!

Visit Guy's website and see when he is doing his "My Bass and Other Animals" comedy show and pop along!

Slight Delay on Piper At The Gates of Dawn - 40th Anniversary Ed.

Further to the story below re: the 40th anniversary edition of Pink Floyd's ‘The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn', the dates have changed slightly for release.

EMI Records have now brought the worldwide dates in line, to be Monday 27th August in Europe and Tuesday 28th August in North America. Sharp-witted readers will know that Monday 27th is a Bank Holiday in the UK, but the nations' overworked shop assistants will probably still be manning the tills on that date, so you should expect to find an open emporium.
