The UK David Gilmour store says “Pre-order* any format of ‘Luck and Strange’ to get early access to future UK live dates.“
There is also a link for “no purchase necessary” which you can access for tickets when they become available. For example, you might have pre-ordered from another website so would still want ticket access.
