Well, that was an amazing journey across the entire contents of the new Pink Floyd Later Years box set! I have digested audio CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray, not to mention all kinds of memorabilia goodies and just being in general awe of the box and its presentation in general. This article is my general reaction to what I have witnessed, random information and, if you can generate the funds to make the purchase, then I recommend getting hold of this magnificent box set. Got My Hands on Pink Floyd Later Years Box set! – See photos

Christmas has arrived early as I have managed to get my hands on the Pink Floyd Later Years 1987-2019 magnificent box set of goodies! Last night, I did the all important opening of the box and just being in awe and amazement at how much effort and work has gone into this magnificent tome of goodness. Here are some photos below of the unboxing ceremony. I am going to start listening to the CDs and watching the video content later whilst immersing myself in the tour programmes, memorabilia, looking through fantastic lyrics and photo book and more. Nick Mason In Massive London Charity Concert

Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason is to join a star studded collection of some of the biggest names in music at a massive charity concert at London’s O2 Arena on 3rd March 2020. The incredible line up includes Eric Clapton, Sir Tom Jones, Gary Brooker of Procol Harum, Simply Red’s Mick Hucknall, John Illsley from Dire Straits, Paul Jones, Mike Rutherford, Paul Carrack, Bonnie Tyler, Paul Young, Zucchero, Rick Wakeman, Yusuf / Cat Stevens, Nick Mason. Funds raised from the concert will go towards building The Royal Marsden’s brand new, state of the art treatment and research facility, the Oak Cancer Centre.
