It has become clear that Roger Waters will be the headlining act of the final night of England’s Glastonbury Music Festival. In the tradition of the festival, the artists are not announced until late in the year just before the summer festival begins.
Roger will be in England finishing off his In The Flesh 2002 tour playing the following dates:
21 June Birmingham NEC Arena
22 June Manchester MEN Arena
24 June Dublin The Point
26 June London Wembley Arena
27 June London Wembley Arena

The BBC, with their new digital radio service BBC 6 Music, are to broadcast something from their vast and historic archives from Pink Floyds BBC In Concert show on the “Dream Ticket” radio programme between 10pm and 12am tonight (Fri 19th April 2002). According to the BBC, tonight’s show will feature…
“Defining live performances from Dave Edmunds, Todd Rundgren, Bjork, Lou Reed, Manic Street Preachers, Hootie and the Blowfish and, topping the bill, Pink Floyd recorded for the BBC In Concert programme in 1970.”
