Pink Floyd art exhibition, London

Post by Psychedelic600 »

Apparently, an art exhibition about Floyd is coming to the Victoria & Albert museum in London https://www.theguardian.com/music/2016/ ... exhibition. This museum also hosted a Bowie exhibition which was really good from what I've heard. Does anyone know which "surviving members" who are involved? Is it David/nick? Roger?

The Bowie exhibition was excellent.

I can only guess the proposed Pink Floyd exhibition is linked to the 'abandoned' project from Italy -

For the record, I'm booked to attend "Revolution" on Mon 12 September

Haha, sorry. Swedish autocorrect, Nick is not really a common name here. Not trying to diminish him or anything.

How lucky the current Mrs Drafsack is - I've booked tickets for this on our 25th wedding anniversary  . Better not tell her yet as it will spoil the surprise and I don't think I can stand 8 months of her moaning about it.

I'm really looking forward to this exhibition. If the V&A are involved then it is going be to great. 8)

Agreed, I attended the "Bowie" one and it was stunning.

I'm booked to attend "You Say You Want A Revolution" soon. I already have the book and there are lots of Pink Floyd, Syd and related items listed in the index ... can't wait.
