Rare Performances and Interview Footage

Post by FreeFour »

Thread to share and discuss rare footage of The Pink Floyd and their associated solo members.

Kicking off this series with the 1992 concert from Columbia featuring David Gilmour and Roger Daltrey. Whilst this concert was proshot I read that the tapes were lost in a fire sometime after the concert. As a result this is the only footage that currently exists. I would class the quality of the footage as above average camcorder, probably filmed from the sound desk. Clearly there were issues with the PA and power during the set. An interesting set list ;-

1. You Know I’m Right. I can’t recall this being performed by David outside of his 84 tour and includes a power blow during the second verse
2. On The Turning Away. Performed as album version with band accompliment for the final verse.
3. Run Like Hell.
4. Comfortably Numb. David sings both parts.

Second half of the performance is Roger Daltrey with David remaining to handle lead guitar.
