Try the following, it is a better sync point and I've found hidden dialog from Dorothy at the end of the song "Time". I synchronized based on the movie music, not the lion roar as others have.

Here are direct timestamp links to a couple of my findings:
1. Hidden movie audio in the song "Time", which I demonstrate here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHwaDiz ... zx5&t=135s
2. Song: Breathe(In the Air). Guitar is in tempo with, and in perfect pitch with the orchestral melody in the opening credits:

If you're going to post a clever and dismissive comment about how foolish I am, please first put on a good pair of headphones and listen to the first 60 seconds of this last link. Orchestral passage from the Wizard of Oz on the left channel, and of course David Gilmour on his Fender 1000 Twin Neck Pedal Steel on the right.
I'd love to hear what other fans/musicians/audio & video engineers have to say about this.

Uncanny...it's almost as if they were anticipating DSOTM when they made the movie.

Pink Floyd put a massive amount of work into synchronizing Dark Side of the Moon with all aspects of the Wizard of Oz, including soundtrack music, character gestures, plot points, sound effects, dialogue, and even aspects of the credits. This YouTube playlist has some highlights I've created that break down moments from the larger synchronization of the entire work I've posted.

Re: Pefect Sync found for "Dark Side of the Rainbow" based on Movie Audio
I, for one, enjoy the film with the original soundtrack and monochrome to colour change and the 3D effects ... plus, of course, I enjoy Dark Side of the Moon in stereo, Quad, 5.1 etc. I have tried parallel viewing (LP for b'w to colour change, CD for ease of revised cue points) and, on the balance of probability think, eveilib-ekam lla s'ti ...

You really should take a look at the point in the opening credits where David Gilmour is playing the orchestral melody in real time on the pedal steel. I present this here:

Make sure you are wearing headphones and please report back.
If you get serious about this you'll want learn to use non-linear video editing software for accurate sync. I have a list of free tools I used in the video description.
There are hundreds of other things can tell you about the synchronization, but we're not on the same page yet.

Re: Pefect Sync found for "Dark Side of the Rainbow" based on Movie Audio
Some things which really helped while working on this synchronization were the little bits of synchronized dialogue from the movie that are hidden throughout the album. Of course most will think I'm insane so I've brought my data to back this up.
Here are 2 examples.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHwaDiz ... zx5&t=126s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6rX4uf ... Ezx5&t=83s
Make sure you have (good) headphones on to really focus on this. I've verified that I can hear it in this YouTube playback, and I, of course, am a reasonable person.
For those who can't click through to watch and listen, here's a brief description of what the band has hidden in these 2 instances:
1. The lyric "hear the softly spoken magic spell" is overlaid with Dorothy saying "me?" on top of the word "magic" in the lyric. This is also definitely audible on your copy of the CD, make sure if you verify this with your own CD that you are only listening to the left channel. The "me?" of course is quiet and also has a slight distortion on it besides occurring at the same time as the vocal "magic".
2. The lyric "the paper holds their folded faces to the floor" is overlaid with the scarecrow asking "they would?" on top of the 2 syllables "their fol-" from the words "their folded". This one is a little quieter than the other, best to watch the scarecrows mouth while he says this to help your brain track the subtle audio.
Let me know what you think & thanks for reading!

Interesting ... you didn't reference the 4m07s Shout qv "apples" in Part 10; the same item duplicated at 0m07s in Part 11

Re: Pefect Sync found for "Dark Side of the Rainbow" based on Movie Audio
Haha, yes I felt it was a good policy to put in some overlap to show there were no shenanigans on my part of shifting the sync around.
I only needed to do 3 lineups of movie/album for this work.
1. The start of the album/movie (obviously)
2. First start of "Money"
3. Second start of "Money"
Everything else is just a straight play-through with no re-syncs on my part.
Also Warner Bros. Would not allow more than 5 min. at a time of the movie in a YouTube video so thats why there's 24 videos.
I love the "smackdown" Dorothy gets from the apple tree on "tunes" in the lyric "...and if the band you're in starts playing different tunes" in video 11!
