Just spotted that 'Sky Arts' have more that may be of interest on Saturday evening -

8.00-pm Pink Floyd: Delicate Sound of Thunder
10.00-pm Nick Mason: Saucerful of Secrets

On Friday 27 November there is another chance to catch -

11.15-pm Pink Floyd: The Story of Wish You Were Here
02.24-am ie early Saturday 28 November a repeat of Nick Mason: Saucerful of Secrets


Sky Arts is broadcast in the UK on Freeview 11, Freesat 147, Sky 122, Virgin 123 (HD 156), BT 348 (HD 363)

I do wonder why they keep broadcasting these new releases like this for free!

I agree, and yet even though I have the later years box set there is an extra something when you watch on a TV broadcast

No idea why, maybe it’s a band of brothers thing and watching it along with many like minded fans at the same time?

Yeah, yeah, I'll get round to getting the albums. But... Watching it on TV can't hurt?

interesting for tv version of CN its the same edit shortened solo same as on the 1989 VHS release. Obviously done for time constraints in the broadcast as the Sorrow solo was also edited down
