Retrospective?

Post by Germanicus »

This forum is giving away a pink floyd retrospective as a prize for posting?

That is awesome. Why can't more forums be this personal and interesting? Half of the time, you feel like the moderator of a forum is just there to be a censor.

I understand completely what you mean.

I think David Smith has been a good moderator, and Keith is the best Floyd administrator on the net. Seeing "Moderator" plastered everywhere is a turn-off for me, though.

Still, this is certainly the best Floyd board on the net and I have a feeling it is only going to get better.

YEah this place isn't oppressive at all compared to another place that shall remain un-named.

Yeah, because of libel and all that nonsense.

Like the truth is libellous! In their twisted world it sadly is

The TRUTH doesn't exist and if it existed we can not fully know it.

The truth lies somewhere between the sides of the story. No mentioning other sites please in a derogative way as this is against the forum rules. I will let it pass as there is no direct link but for those who know the story, it is easy to tell. :?

Best Floyd site

Post by grateful pink »

Not only is this the best floyd site, it is one of the most well moderated and run site that i have found on the web.

The rules are generally adhered to and people are not making personal attacks on members or the band. I find that to be refreshing. One can be critical without being nasty.

Anyway...things are running very well and checking out this site is one of the highlights of my day.

Keep it going!

Peace and Inspections--NO WAR!!!

This place is more organic than the rest. I just can't get into the official PF one.

Personally i think Keith has created the best P-F forum on the net, every once in a while somebody gets out of line, but they get told about it quick. As I said in an earlier post everybody is more than glad to help.

Wait...let me guess...you consider this a truth, right?

Just like those who say "There are no absolutes," and consider it an absolute.

Or those who say that "Nothing can be known" and insist that this is knowledge.

The truth can be known if you use you mind to analyze and meditate and use insight.
