Ok, here we go, this is my first attempt here, and if my calculations are correct my only attempt:
1) Binery numbers in to denery numbers
11101= 1 10 thousand, 1 1 thousand, 1 1 hundred, 0 tens and 1 unit. Answer= 111.01 thousand
10101= 1 ten thousand, 0 thousands, 1 1 hundred, 0 tens and 1 unit
Answer = 10.101 thousand
100001 = 1 million, 0 10 thousands, 0 thousands, 0 hundreds, 0 tens and 1 unit
answer = 1.10001 million
101010= 1 million, 0 10 thousands, 1 thousand, 0 hundreds, 1 ten and 0 units
answer= 1.01010 million
1110001= 1 10 million, 1 1 million, 1 10 thousand, 0 thousands, 0 hundreds, 0 tens, 0 units
answer= 11.1 million
Denery numbers in to binery numbers
19= 2.9
40= 8.0
89= 16. 9
37= 6.7
100= 40.0
Ok, is that right or what?

You managed to get every one wrong!!!!
I will give you a clue by doing the first from each question
11101 = 1 lot of 16's + 1 lot of 8's + 1 lot of 4's + no 2's + 1 unit = 29
Therefore binary number 11101 + 29 denary
19 = 1 lot of 16's + no 8's + no 4's + 1 lot of 2's and 1 unit
Therefore deary 19 = 10011 binary.
If you get the rest right my offer still stands on the ROIO.

Hmm, ok, i was propably using the wrong systems on the wrong questions or something, i dunno, or i just know **** all about maths/ computer systems e.t.c
Binery numbers:
10101= 1 lot of 16s, 0 8's, 1 lot of 4's, 0 2's and 1 unit
answer = 21
100001 = 1 lot of 32s, 0 16's, 0 8s, 0 4s, 0 2's and 1 unit
answer= 33
101010= 1 lot of 32s, 0 16's, 1 lot of 8s, 0 4's, 1 lot of 2 and no units
answer= 42
1110001= 1 lot of 64, 1 lot of 32, 1 lot of 16s, 0 8's, 0 4's, 0 2's and 1 unit
answer= 113
