A Dream:What I would have loved to see for sale at HMV today

Post by bmet »

HMV.com

Artist:Pink Floyd Format: DVD

2 Items SUDDENLY found

1. Pink Floyd -Dark Side of the Moon:The Performance

Recorded in the intimate setting of the Rainbow Theatre in late 1974
The entire performance of the classic Pink Floyd album.A Multi-
Camera set-up and 5.1 Dolby DTS Sound. The full glorious spectacle
includes original film footage shown on the circular back projected
screen (which was recently added their show at the time).A must
for Floyd Fans.

2.Pink Floyd - Animals tour America

Recorded at Oakland Colisseum in May 1977.The show features music
from the bands more recent album "Animals" plus a full performance
of the bands 1975 classic album "Wish You Were Here".Originally
broadcasted as a simulcast across America,It is available for the first
time on DVD in 5.1 Dolby DTS.The concert also featured the final
performance of the Floyd classic "Careful with that Axe,Eugene".

I would embelish a little better if I had time.(I'm heading to work)!

This is probably more a commentary than a topic.
But I'd love to hear any opinions & perhaps some other ficticious
Floyd Product you would loved to have seen!

Would've,Could've,SHOULD'VE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's under construction at the moment, but basically it's about music, thoughts and alcohol. Lots of swearing. Lots. So, er, beware.

I logged on to "feeling very pink's" web site on the 3rd of march, it was an experience not for the weak hearted. It was one long monolog of his weekend and his thoughts of that weekend. with snippits about his likes, dislikes etc.

Oh by the way "feeling very pink" happy late Birthday for the 5th, and I hope things brighten up for you soon.

:? I would love to see live footage of the 77 tour as animals has to be my favourite album, i would also like to see the wall concert on dvd one day........having just missed out on seeing floyd on the 94 tour i feel that my only chance of seeing the band live has passed me by...so some live vids would be great
