One of the good things about this website is the NPF Newsletter. Goes out to nearly 30,000 people. Problem is that, when I send it out, loads of people unsubscribe from it!!!! Feel free to use this thread to let me know how to make it better for the scores of people who unsubscribe every time I send it out. It is obviously not meeting some people's expectations!
As a note, more people subscribe per month than un-subscribe so that is ok. But... how to make it better?
