NPF Christmas Card 2010 - Design ideas?

Post by Keith Jordan »

I think I shall send out a Christmas card from NPF to everybody and everybody on the internet.

Anybody care to design one or share an idea for one? Something like a wintery picture with some writing saying merry Christmas from NPF of something?

Any takers?

Ah, come on, at least try to get the Christmas, and for those that aren't Christians, the Holiday spirit.
My wife is good at things like this I'll see if she will work something up.

How about getting the stone heads from The Division Bell and throwing some snow on the top of them? Not literally of course

I assume you're looking at something Floydian but you can't use actual Pink Floyd imagery, right?

I'm thinking something along the lines of Neptune, blue planet, light beams and Santa (lol).

Throw in your random ideas and mental images, maybee I could pull something together.
Come on, brain storming session!

How about writing Neptune Pink Floyd in snow, with different colors, put an X-mas hat on "i", and it's still snowing :D ?

My wife is good at things like this I'll see if she will work something up.
1. It seems to me to be ridiculous to set aside one day out of the year to celebrate something that one tends to ignore for the rest of the year.

2. If one is not ignoring it for the rest of the year and IS, in fact, keeping the point of it all in mind for those other 364 days...then what's the point of setting aside one day to celebrate it? Seems rather redundant to me.

But...in the interests of actually contributing to the discussion, how about a photo of a tricked-out-for-Christmas igloo with all of the text in the "Floydian" font, making it all look rather Wall-like?
