Keith, I'm surprised you don't know this. Generation Y is the ones that follow the Generation X people. They are out there and already making a impact in the job market. Probably one of the best prepared generations ever. We have had a slew of them here, well ever since I've been here. For some reason, I'm a magnetic-repellant to the ladies; you know like what happens when you place a positive magnet next to another positive magnet.
