NPF Magazine - Anybody want to work on something??

Post by Keith Jordan »

Apart from the big pink floyd survey thing I have been doing (the 5th and final part should be posted this weekend) there has been nobody contributing anything to the NPF Magazine! Admittedly there has not been much going on but there is a lot of history to the band you could dip into!

So, is anybody interested in writing something for the magazine?
  • Concert reviews (from any time in the past)
  • Album/DVD reviews (top 5 must have DVDs)
  • Book reviews (top 5 books any Floydian should have for example)
About 50,000 people per month visit the site and we have a newsletter with 25,000 subscribers so your work would be widely seen and appreciated in the Pink Floyd fan community.

I am looking for pretty decent quality articles for the magazine (not a two paragraph deal with "this album is dead good, I like this song etc") so get thinking!!

Excellent, I was beginning to think nobody was interested other than myself!

Articles with more of an analytical nature are much better than poorly put together reviews of things done in ten minutes. Those types of things would be posted to the blog instead of the magazine. I am looking for some pretty decent quality for the magazine otherwise why bother??

Mosespa is still to send me some of this Wall articles. Sean..... get them emailed over, boy!!

I admit I haven't been much into it during the last issues...

But I feel hungry again.

What if I write an article or series of articles reflecting life stories of lesser-known Floyd musicians, like session or touring musicians?
