So, cwta and I saw the Flips in SLC and it was truly awesome.

Great show... opening bands were awful imho. La Bucherettes and some lame local act.

Nice that we finally made it happen and have a pic to show for it. All that's missing is a NPF poster!

Tremendous show, heavy on the AWWTM album, which I love.

Finally have a copy of Gummy Song Fetus and Skull...

Nice!!! I really like both and Embryonic and tDSotM!!!! I really enjoy the sound and direction of these releases in the past few years!!!

Edit: So they have released a SIX hour song called I Found a Star on the Ground.

And soon they will release a 24 hr. long song?

Yes, I recently found that website and bookmarked it...been thinking of joining.

EDIT: I only made it through about 20 minutes of the six hour song (better than I thought it would be); been too busy. Might have to wait for a chores day at home on a weekend. My Gawd, I wonder how much space I need for the 24 Hr song??!!!

The 24 hour track will be available in a real human skull for $2500

I thought it was $5,000 plus tax and shipping in US funds and that they are sold out (only five available?)...BUT, on October 31, I believe an alternate way of obtaining the music will be made available.

There is some pretty good stuff on there but there is also mundane stuff. At around the 15 hour mark it goes in to a section which is basicly:
