Can't say I was ever really a fan of his music, but millions of people were, and man, he was far too young to die. RIP Mr. Michael.

George Michael was someone who could write amazing lyrics (Praying for Time) or have a great arrangement and production (Cowboys and Angels).
Some of his songs did absolutely nothing for me yet the two I have mentioned I really like (along with Father Figure).

Went passed his house on the way back from Devon over xmas. Lots of people there surprisingly and the atmosphere was very quiet.

Even if he wasn't your cup of tea (he wasn't really mine), he was a very interesting character and someone who undeniably possessed lots of musical talent.
