All depends where he recorded them and who would have access to them. If he did them in a home studio or on the Astoria, for example, I can see them being securely locked away.

How many outtakes or demos have surfaced since the Pink Floyd Co. 1987 took the crown of the empire?

Well, share them! Yeah I now remember there were a few mp3s of TDB outtakes doing the rounds and a cassette copy of AMLoR demos with Carin's 'Learning To Fly' original recording, but I have never been able to hear them.

I believe the only leaked songs from the "Dry Floyd" era are:

-the tape containing early demos of Signs Of Life, Learning To Fly, Dogs Of War, and a hilarious Like A Rolling Stone, which was used on the Nick Horne radio show in 1992 and then somehow lost and fell into the hands of a bootlegger (first Cochon Productions, who used bits of it on the In Venice menu, and then the seeder of the next thing), and then released alongside...

-the series of instrumental TDB outtakes. VERY Floyd-like, reminiscent of La Carerra Panamericana's soundtrack. Sounds like jams. Sounds like it's from a horrible cassette (maybe an answering machine?), no idea how it got out.

In other words, barring some very slippery fingers in Rick's camp, we aren't going to get any bootlegs. An official release, though, may be possible.

All of which are included in the "A Tree Full Of Secrets" set.

Never heard those though.

It has a far more interesting sound than the album version.

i've always thought an acoustic version could sound pretty good. Never much cared for the song much, though do like Dave's delivery on the last verse
