I was at that gig. The roof nealry came off the Albert Hall when Bowie appeared.

Davids last live performance at the liverocks concert in 2006. This is him sick after a heart attack the previous year. You can clearly see he is bruised and weathered with an IV bandage on his hand and wearing slippers.
According to Wikipedia, he had a heart attack in 2004.

And, according to Wikipedia, 'Arnold Layne' was added to the setlist from 17 April to 31 May 2006.
The date of the Bowie performance is not mentioned, but seems to be from that period.
