I don't see how the screen could fit at this venue, has he done other shows without the screen? Maybe I'll see him at the Forum instead....

No I mean the stage is too tiny. The screen would be too tall to fit, unless they suspend it way out in front of the stage somehow.

Here's the stage, it's not very tall compared to the performer, and the lighting rig at the top sticks out pretty far:

That's a fair point. Not sure what they'll do. In Orange, the projector never worked. The concert started late too, maybe because they were trying to get it to work, or maybe it was not going to work at all. Maybe at the bowl they will come up with some compromise. A bit ironic too, that as far as I can tell, that's a revamped screen from TDB tour, whose stage was based on the Hollywood bowl.
Incidentally, not sure if this is allowed, but we do have a few tickets for the second night. Long story short, we were all scrambling to get tickets as they went on sale and nothing but single tickets ever came up. So we fetched a few and eventually managed to get 2 side by side (and 2 separated by 1 person only). Then the big road trip plan etc fizzled out and now there's only 2 of us going (no road trip either and maybe people didn't want to sit alone lol). its too late to resell them on ticketmaster (it closes after a few days so just for speculators lol) and we have them on stub hub at basically face value. Obviously face value for any forum folks that might be interested.

I saw Roger there back then but he just had a rectangular screen across the back of the stage, sometimes the videos were shown cropped in a circle though

There's also venue screens on the sides, come to think of it. Likely using those either in addition or exclusively.

First song sounded like crap but since then it's amazing, watching in it on Periscope. Same setlist so far.

His vocals might even be better than before... A bit rough during RTL and Coming back to life but the rest was pretty much flawless.
