I can almost 99% sure that all supposed Jack Moore UFO footage is total lies and bullshit.
1) because he didn't had any decent (or any) film equipment at all until December 1968 until John & Yoko gave him enough money to buy proper equipment and he started filming underground events. The first event Jack filmed is Alchemical Wedding in Royal Albert Hall, December 18th. He filmed entire 3 hour event and i did got to see it. After that he started filming on regular basis.
2) everytime Jack needed money to save his archive or for other needs he started bragging about that supposed mythical UFO footage which he shot but no one EVER had seen second from it , but people would send him cash and he would promise "to look for it". I researched that subject for long time and Jack also tried to do same trick with my friend which of course came to absolutely nothing
3) the company which now handles Jack archive is absolutely dead end. They have 1 hour long set of Soft Machine in Hyde Park (Sept 1969) which Jack shot and i had tried to working out licensing deal so that footage would had been released via Cuneiform records which released tons of perfect SM archival projects. They didn't bother to respond at all.

It's time to bury that myth already
From The Telegraph:
“The archive includes footage and tapes of rare performances by psychedelic practitioners the Grateful Dead and Pink Floyd and events such as Yoko Ono’s 1966 performance at London’s Jeanetta Cochrane Theatre and Ono and John Lennon’s “bagism” contribution to the fundraising Alchemical Wedding at the Royal Albert Hall in 1968.”

For me, this seems proof that Moore had at least some recording equipment in semi-frequent use since at least 1966. I don’t expect there to be much from that era, however, but it’s something.
Don't pay too much attencion on what hallucalation said, he do the same thing on Yeeshkul, his purpose is to discourage those of us who hope to hear a pink floyd concert at the UFO club, he is trolling.

Quick update:

...The reason why I think the DOPE recordings (most likely) still exists is because it was produced by the Rochlins, independently, and they were pretty good with saving their stuff. Leacock-Pennebaker was in charge of funding and distributing the film, and did nothing else. Furthermore, it would make no business sense for Leacock-Pennebaker to take charge of the outtakes since there was no commercial demand for those sorts of things back in the sixties, and there would be no reason for a business to spend all that money storing film that it wouldn’t be able to use.
That makes sense, keeping my fingers crossed, and thanks for looking into it. I live in PA close to the NJ border so if you need any help then let me know.

Update: The storage facility’s phone number is dead. I emailed their president directly with my inquiry, and am waiting for a response. I think you need special permission before you can find out what’s in the archives, so it’s probably best that I handle that bit myself.

My friend was in touch with guy who handled Jack Moore archives and who leaked Pink Floyd 1970-1972 footage (Bath festival, Amsterdam Rock Circus and so on) and he haven't found any UFO footage of Floyd. Dig Media supposedly haven't found anything either earlier than late 1968. There is a PF footage but it was from 1969-70 onwards..
I'm not specialist in Grateful Dead, but i know that they haven't visited UK at least until 1968 or even later. Alchemical Wedding does exist, as i said before. No idea about Yoko 1966 footage.
As i said before, Dig Media seems to ignore all my enquires. But if they had found that 1967 Floyd footage i'll bet they would be announced it already.

If hard facts for you is trolling then it's not my problem. I already uncovered enough PF vintage footage and shared it on Yeeshkul to pay attention to your meaningless nonsence. Google is your friend.

I just got an email from the storage company. The reels in their vaults are organized by user accounts; each production team/director gets its own unique account under which all of their material is stored. I emailed the Rochlin family to see if they still had Sheldon’s account information, and will tell you how things go from there.

Quick update: I did some more research, and it turns out I got the address of the wrong storage facility. Will keep looking for the right one, as I still know the state(s) where it’s most likely being stored. Still pretty confident the tapes are still out there, though, and I emailed the owners of the footage (who, in case I forgot to mention, lost track of which storage facility the DOPE footage would be in if it survived years ago) to confirm the footage’s survival (don’t know why I didn’t do that sooner). Once I get the response, I may be able to give a final word on whether these recordings are still around. If that’s the case, then this search is already half-completed!

Just to fill you in, I made a post on Yeeshkul a little while ago stating that I would try and check every film storage place in Long Island/NYC to try and find this film. Well, I just emailed the Anthology Film Archives and the George Eastman museum to get a full list of film directories in NY, and expect a response in a few days. Somebody at the AFI told me that both of these sources should have the info I need, so I have my hopes up for answers. Will update you on my result.

Felix Atagong of 'The Holy Church of Iggy the Inuit' has some information about "Syd Barrett and Meic Stevens in a lost BBC documentary", taken from Meic Stevens's first biography, 'Hunangofiant y Brawd Houdini' (2nd edition 2009, originally from 2003).

Meic Stevens, his partner and children were living in a farmhouse (called Caerforiog) near Solva in rural southwest Wales.
According to Atagong, the following quote refers to 1969. "It must have been spring or summer, as the next section in Stevens's autobiography is about the Isle of Wight Festival."

Meic Stevens, translated from Welsh to English:
I was still doing a bit of work for the BBC in Cardiff when I met a young director, Gareth Wyn Jones, who wanted to film a documentary about me and my life. The chief programming approved the idea of getting this joint effort as a part of five documentary programs about contemporary Wales. One of the other ones was about a drum-maker from Casnewydd.

The film crew came down for a week and filmed in Caerforiog, Solva, and St. Davids. Then another week in Cardiff and London. All Gareth did was to film our normal day-to-day life…

Among the others who appeared in the film were Heather [Jones] and Geraint [Jarman], Gary Farr and Mighty Baby in London, and Syd Barrett from Pink Floyd, who came to see us in Caerforiog.

Later on, Gareth quarrelled with the BBC and went to work in Singapore, leaving the film unedited. Some time later, the BBC gave permission to another director to edit a five-minutes portrait of me out of the cases of Gareth’s film, and what was left over got thrown out. Eight reels of 16mm film that were a record of our lives in 1969! Shame on you, Rhydderch Jones!
"A message from the Church":
We leave it up to other Syd scholars to contact the Welsh branch of the BBC in order to locate the missing reels of the original documentary. Some of the people mentioned above are still around and can be contacted through the BBC or are present on social network websites. And if you do find something, please let us know! (Note: written in 2010 and 6 years later not a single soul has attempted this.)
