Is Rick Wright good enough on the piano to play any of Ligeti's études?

I'd ask him if Roger Waters had a mental breakdown.

My question would be, like:

How does it feel after all this madness?

What do you think of people (like me) who spend a great deal of time and effort to talk about you?

Barrett fans,

You're all submitting interesting questions that I think you may want to submit directly to Syd Barrett's sister Rosemary.

An interview has been set up between Simon and Rosemary Breen. Simon will ask Rosemary various questions and then turn the answers into a piece/FAQ that will be put on the Syd Barrett Trust website.

I thought it would be a nice idea if fans could send in their questions about Syd that they'd like Simon to ask Rosemary Breen. We can't guarantee that Rosemary will answer all the questions, but I think it's a great opportunity for fans to ask questions in a way that hasn't been possible before.

Submit questions to me or Simon please!?! :-k

Where Syd Barrett *might* have had an influence is with all the limp-wristed indie kiddos in the 1990s and 2000s. Pink Floyd had an influence on some Krautrock bands, with their going-for-broke weirdness.
erm... love them or hate them but those limp-wristed indie kiddos, who have, by your own admission, been around for 2 decades do kind of constitute a pretty massive movement don't they?

And then he would ask you back: wait, is that you kitkat?
You would say: Yes.
And then Syd would say: It's what Rog said. He is allways right.

I would have asked - gel or blotter acid? ;)

Seriously, if it was under good conditions and Syd was semi-lucid at least, I would
have asked him if it was all worth it.
