OK. Since you was there I think you have already seen this possible connection with this classical poem:

From when I found that I've thought of a Syd unsatisfied and hounded by packs of fans who would go on to be "gripped" just to his mortal remains (the blanched bones) in the years upcoming, perhaps thinking he did the same thing for his heroes (Bob Dylan and the classic poets).
