I was going to make this a thread on it's own. If you think it has nothing to do with the topic then I will.
But the weekend after Pink Floyd were said to be contacted about something happening to Syd... Taking LSD as read, do you think there was a possibility Syd was sexually abused over his lost weekend when he stayed with "freaks"?

See, I thought against making this a thread as that's something that's dodgy with people who have been that and offensive to people like me and others who haven't ever been sexually abused.

But what do you think, given it's an academic argument now as he's dead?

I think what happened to Syd was a combination of pressures of fame and his band which maybe led to schizophrenia exacerbated by drug use.

JDB, interesting theory, but as there is no real evidence, I'll keep my trap shut about it.
