The vocals around 03:22 sound like they are performed by Syd. Is this true?

It's definitely not Syd. Sounds more like Wright straining his voice, or even Gilmour using a similar tone to the one he uses in "Let There Be More Light" or "Cymbaline" IMO.

I'm going to say that is Norman Smith. Nobody in the band (I think) had that voice.

Glad youtube let me skip most of that song, it really is musical cancer.
