It's a lot more easy to listen to than how it was advertised. I think maybe it suffered from too many overdubs.
But Syd still had the blues shuffles down. I would have taken an instrumental album from Syd, but I suppose with his history and his writing on his two previous albums, the people involved were probably expecting "Barrett Part II".

Definitely them blues influences. I might have not listened to it properly but I can't really remember any tunes, and Syd, obviously, is known for tunes among other things.
