Re: Richard Wright - Fired During Recording The Wall Album
I think a lot people are taking them to easy especially people who take their words after split as something it truly happen, while most of it is just gibberish that PF members provide … For example Syd never went schizofrenic because stuff as peyote … You cannot be insane because you would like to understand yourself better… It is same with their music where a lot fail even to understand what DSOTM is actually about … Speaking about Wright you can see from plain it was him who did third side of The Wall, so look further, something else happen there ?

Whole a lot people are more interested in stuff Waters vs others or theirs split instead PF music … It is like they would love to take a bite, while to PF members it is just a secret they have kept very well so you can have all kind of gibberish you’ll like to have, where people like Syd could guess everything about it or at least they simply could ask …

I think he had sail away on that boat without letting anyone know, until AMLOR … I think it is a dream …
Roger wrote something on final cut like :
Night after night, going 'round and 'round my brain
His dream is driving me insane
In the corner of some foreign field
The gunner sleeps tonight
What's done is done
We cannot just write off his final scene
Take heed of the dream
Take heed
And on Division bell you’ll find something about dream and gravity in song called :
Wearing the inside out

Another point missed.
I'm guessing you haven't read "The Soldier" by Rupert Brooke.

I have read first of five at yours suggestion and I do not know why does it change a thing ?
Still is it a Final cut that prove my point entirely or have you read C.Castaneda in all twelve books where he proves immortality of soul as “one being” …

I don't think the gunner's dream of a welfare state could possibly have less to do with Rick's love of yachting.

I was not speaking about “ yachting “ … I just have use it as metaphor …

Re: Richard Wright - Fired During Recording The Wall Album
So you're suggesting that Rick should have remained in the band but sat out for The Wall and The Final Cut on a metaphorical boat rather than the physical boat that he spent most of his time on.
Also, "Wearing the Inside Out" mentions neither dreams nor gravity, so...

"The veracity of [Castaneda's] books was doubted from their original publication, and they are now widely considered to be fictional."

I think C.Castenada books have very greater meaning then just fictional, also if you have read them you’ll probably see they have a great bound to PF music or Tool, so I assume that feelling is within blood and blood means strength, also it is very well explained speaking about C.C what is will, knowledge or wish …

Yeah, like Piper, Saucerful of secrets, Obsecured by clouds, DSOTM and other of course have nothing to do with C.Castaneda, or it is just my imagination ?

We’ll probably you are right, and therefore I am gone, doomed and off this topic, so consider me dead while I go yachting …
