Such bad weather in Central Russia
Why do we have such bad weather in Central Russia? Who is to blame for it? Is there anyone to tell Roger, David or Nick about the fact in Central Russian PF-lovers to suffer from bad weather?

Good weather, bad weather it's all a matter of opinion. Maybe it is a conspiracy and we should blame HAARP

Well online there's an outtake of "Part Of Me Died" where Roger actually recorded the humming coming from the bars of HAARP, but about a couple of minutes in you hear a cockney voice going "Oi! Get out of here! This is BBC property!" so the take didn't make the final cut.
