I got that album and i bloody loved it. I'm hardly a blur fan, but this one is SO much better than the earlier stuff. Damn actually uses his real singing voice this time as we hear a more mature side of blur.Keith Jordan wrote:Blur - Think Tank
Think Tank is experimental yeah, although i would say unlike Radiohead's last album Amnesica they place music over concept so the songs don't just sound weird for the hell of it. I was impressed and surprised Blur could manage it. And that single Out of Time, one of Blur's best songs to date. Aside from perhaps their self titled album this is their finest to date.
Last album i bought was Elephant by The White Stripes.

Have you got Odelay yet? That's every bit as good as Mellow Gold and even if i don't think it, everyone i know says it's better.Gabriel wrote:That album is awesome!!. I bought it like 10 years ago when i was 13. But the last album i bought, just weeks ago was The Division Bell
How much do you like TDB then Gabriel?

well...everytime i listen to the division bell i cant help to get sad....that album is kind of weird, because it creates different feelings in me...ive said it before...sounds like a distant and vanished pink floyd....that album has a lot of information about the band?s conflicts with roger....what i think by listening to the album is that they miss roger....maybe that?s what makes me go sad......
and now, about Beck?s Odelay...no, i dont have it...but yes, lots of friends here have also told me that it?s just as good...or even better than Mellow Gold....

It's 2CD and I have listened it almost two times and I'm looking for somebody who would like to buy/take it. Next thing to buy is King Crimson's In The Court Of The Crimson King...
