I think I will do it internationally and choose 4 winners relatively ranbomly from the members list... those who have posted 10 or more posts and have posted within the last 10 days! I was going to ask a question but didnt have the time to write the piece of software to handle the competition.

Has it been released all over Europe or just in the UK?
I haven't seen or heard anything about it here in the Netherlands...

On a different note, for those living in Holland: The Syd Barrett story (dvd) can be bought for only 5 euros now! It's on special offer at the 'V&D' during the 'Prijzencircus'! Great deal! (Nope, I don't work there, and no, I don't have shares in the company! ;-) )

Hey monkyman, I'm from the Netherlands myself (thanks for the advice on the V&D :D ). As far as the 66-67 dvd is concerned: it is released in the Netherlands. Don't know where you're from, but I've seen it at "Plato" in Utrecht. Not sure about the price, but I think it was 20 euro's, something like that.

Did somebody already ask if the DVD has extra material not on the previously released videotape? If not, I'm asking now

Just bought it - have not watched yet - but it comes with a bonus cd here in hog town, and the price is less than Pompeii or the wall or any other marginally floydy dvd consumer good...yes, the cd is the one you already bought several years ago with the two songs...but listen, the packaging is great!

Got mine for $19.99 CDN (cheapest Floyd album/dvd I've bought yet, apart from 'The Wall' DVD, got that for free from a DVD club :D) , which is not bad for a DVD+CD. I was impressed by the overall quality of the video, given it's age.
