I have the book now and must say it is a really good read. i am about 1/3 the way though it and it is well written and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to any Roger Keith Barrett (Syd) fans whether hardcore or if you just have a passing interest in Syd and want to learn more about the 60s.

I wasnt around in the 60s unfortunately (I am 20!!) and perhaps some people who were don't remember it either as the saying goes... etc.

it didnt get much good reviews Keith..... do you think it adds anything to the Syd Barrett story...... what is the difference between this and 'Lost in the Woods'? (if you have read the latter)

I thought it was a good quick read. I have lost in the woods and have had it for a couple of years but have not read it yet. I will have to give it a read nursing my hangover tomorrow.

Its a good quick read though even if it doesnt add too much new material.

I finally ordered it. Every time I'd tried to order it before it was out of stock at Amazon and going for like 70 bucks at Ebay...

It should ship out in a week, or so they say.
