Talk about anything in here from the price of tea to the state of the economy!

I been drinking mostly ales since the weather got cold
red ales and auburn ales, beverages with a bit of bite to them

Belgian wheat beers are for summer
I need something dark to warm my belly in the winter
but have recently started to find Porters and other thick chewy beers too dehydrating
maybe in February I'll be back to the really dark beers

has anybody had Monty Pythons Holy Ale?
only beer I ever drank thats officially sanctioned by a comedy troupe

Try indoor tanning. That will warm you like you wouldn't believe. :D

A meal and a drink.

I enjoy a good bender every now and then. Who needs brain cells anyway? Look how far Bush has gotten with his paltry allotment.

Ahh the drunk thread. Probably last interesting thing I did when drunk was put on the Live 8 DVD, sing all the songs at the top of my voice and play guitar with a broom. Sadly this wasnt recorded lol!

I was a little out of it on that scourge of teenage spice-rack raiders, NUTMEG. It does something, even in moderate doses, the problem is it made me lethargic, looking stoned, and unable to focus. It also caused some problems with distance perception, such as things seemed to morph a little.

Its no urban myth, the chemistry is infact present, albeit bastardised to hell, sort of in the same way chomping on 10000000s of Morning Glory seeds does you a nice trip.

i even tried cooking the inside strip-bits of a banana once, and smoked them .... (i heard it was supposed to work)....

did absolutley nothing, and tasted like shit too....

i tried morning glory seeds before, and found them ok for a slight easy going trip... but they hammer the hell out of your stomach... so never drink before or while taking them!!! and eating is not an option either...

:D :D
