To blast on the high dollar, sophisticated stereo systems we got.
Whats your fave??
I'd have to Say its a toss up between 'Wish You Were Here and The Wall live.
Third would have to be Animals, and after that maybe OBC and Meddle, though I'd like Meddle much better if there was more cool songs on it besides One Of These Days, and Echoes.
Best album

Okay...the subject is "best" album, but you're question asks "favorite" album...so I will answer both.
I think the BEST album is DSOTM. It is Floyd's masterpiece and has everything everyone has ever loved about them. Dreamy vocals, celestial organ, searing guitar solos, GREAT songs all segueing into each other, disembodied voices...it's a perfect album (if only I wasn't sick of hearing it:P)
My FAVORITE album to blast is The Wall hands down. Another masterpiece.

Best Album
I think the best album is... uh, The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn. Actually, maybe that's "just" the most original, if you see what I mean. [God, don't words in italics look sarcastic?] For me, The [yes, The] Dark Side Of The Moon is their most appealing album. As is Wish You Were Here. And The Wall. And Animals... Oh, to hell with it. I'll leave it up to you guys. I'm one of those fawning, opinionless fans who loves everything.
Isn't 'See-Saw' under-rated?

My fave
1. The Wall tied with Animals
2. DSOTM tied with Wish You Were Here
3. Meddle
Know why? Cuz I already did this topic!
PS - no offense to Feeling Very Pink, but I just can't stand A Saucerful Of Secrets. It's just the one pf album I just don't like. Remember A Day is eh...but I do like Set The Controls and Saucerful Of Secrets. It's just everything else of ASOS kinda brings the overall quality down for me.
