What will the reunion band look like?

Post by kipnow »

OK, let's assume Pink Floyd will do a reunion tour. (Haha, as if...).
What will the band look like?

Of course, the best band would be Nick, Rick, Dave and Reg. (We will leave Syd alone, OK?)
But since Dave & Roger both needed about 10 musicians to replace eachother... So what would the backup look like?
My votes are: Snowy White (we need some real guitar work), Andy Fairweather Low (without him, no Roger I guess), Jon Carin (Since my first choice will not be availible) and Graham Broad.
The setlist is pretty straight forward: all the songs the did together as a band. And since they are Floyd, they don't have to prove they're Floyd anymore. If you get what I mean. They should play music instead of trying to sound like Pink Floyd.

I don't know how many backup musicians they used when they were together, if any. So assuming its Roger, Rick, Dave and Nick they probably wouldn't have ANY other back ups.

None of them plays Sax. Snowy White played guitar and bass with them on the Animals-tour, and there was a complete 'surrogate band' during the Wall.
