wall roio
I'VE GOT THE AZIMUTH COORDINATOR VERSION. IT'S THE BEST ONE I'VE HEARD BUT IT IS A LITTLE DISJOINTED IN PARTS BUT THAT IS KIND OF THE GREAT THING ABOUT ROIO'S. I THINK THE "WALL IN PROGRESS" (DEMO TAPE) OF WALL IS FANTASTIC.

True... but it's probably your best starting point as far as the wall live goes. After that I think it's best that you get a hold of one of the VCDs, like the Earl's court show, since the wall was such a visual show.kjnpf wrote: That is only one show though!! There are 100s of others.
btw... not meaning to be fussy, but wasn't ITAOT made up of lots of shows between 1980 and 1981?

I got it for 15 quid actually from the local Avalanche. if you don't have an Avalanche in your town then look for a Fopp. It should be about that price in there to.
Actually, where does everyone get their cds from? I can honestly say i've never spent over 10 quid on a floyd album (except umma gumma (13) and pulse (15))

You go to Edinburgh a lot?
Nah, i go to the other one opposite Bristol Square 'cause it has more selection. Although i go to Fopp when evere i'm near Prince' Street. Best deal i got there was the Crazy Diamond book for 2 quid or The Wall for a tenner.
But yeah, Fopp on that treet or avalanche opposairte Bristol. Occasionally on Cockburn street, but not usuall out of choice.

(Fopp rocks.)
I remember the day I got Is There Anybody Out There?. The 'long box' version.
Tenth of September 2001.
Felt pretty good. Holiday in Rock, Cornwall. (Good name.) Boats, sunny sides, a wind.
Twenny quid. Goodo!
We listened to nothin' but Le Wall. Beau! Power.
"...will I remember the songs..."
I LOVE that bit. Gilmour's singing on The Wall has GOT to be his best.
'Comfortably Numb' goze wivaht sayin', really.
Brilliant.
