I was sent this email from adrian spencer.
Here are the bits of morse code I deciphered at various parts of Radio KAOS. (I originally sent it up to a mailing list - think it was called The Wall, the one run by "Bear"). Feel free to use it on this site if you like. The morse was so fast and frequently drowned out by the music, I could only decode bits and even then, had to slow the tape down. Interesting that he put it on the album at all, considering how few people would be able to decode it.
"macho bulls*** and mediocrity oh tide" (at end of album
"it is they that must fight and die ... Herbert Hoover" (end of "Who Needs Information")
"dock ... oh time(?) is turning ... the past is over but you are not" (during the "I don't like fish" speech. This is part of the "lost verse" of The Tide Is Turning)

Morse Code on KAOS
At the end of "The Tide is Turning" you will hear some morse code which apparently translates to this:
Now the past is over but you are not alone.
Together we'll fight Sylvester Stallone
We will not be dragged own in his South China sea of
macho bullshit and mediocrity.
The morse code on the album cover:
ROGER WATERS RADIO KAOS WHO NEEDS INFORMATION THE POWERS
THAT BE HOME THE TIDE IS TURNING RADIO WAVES
Now the past is over but you are not alone.
Together we'll fight Sylvester Stallone
We will not be dragged own in his South China sea of
macho bullshit and mediocrity.

Re: Radio K.A.O.S. Morse code
Hi all
I worked in the Navy and deciphered this a long time ago
The Morse code is divided in two sections, the latter piece appears at the beginning and the first piece appears at the end of the album... I noticed duplicate words when I deciphered and put the pieces together ...
The whole thing is this:
The party’s over but we’re not alone
Together we will fight Sylvester Stallone
We won’t be pulled down in his “South China Sea”
Of macho bulls..t and mediocrity

Re: Radio K.A.O.S. Morse code
I had decoded the album cover (easy), but often wondered what the 'in music' messages were.
