Re: ‘Hidden’ Crisis gig
Just got back from the gig.
Dave Gilmour played a 80 minute set at a secret gig with Amadou & Mariam for the Crisis homelss charity at the Union Chapel.
We were 10m from the stage. Dave played in a collaborative fashion with the duo - and really seemed relaxed and happy! He looked fitter - a bit of a diet and working out perhaps?
Great to see and hear him on top form and do something different!

Re: ‘Hidden’ Crisis gig
The setlist was as follows
Welcome to Mali
Mouna
Touba Lakono
Radio Mogo
Masiteladi
Kobena
Ce N’est Pas Bon
No Way
Je Pense a Toi
Lewis
If anyone's heard of any songs aside from No Way then you've beat me

Re: ‘Hidden’ Crisis gig
The venue was so small that the chances of there being someone else there with equipment is slim. It's a pity the likes of this, the Atom Heart Mother thingie and the Syd Tribute have never been released officially

Was difficult to do any filming there. I got rapped over the knuckes for taking photos with my camcorder, and I wasn't holding it up for more than a few seconds at a time.

A great gig in a fantastic venue - and on youtube now there are about 22 videos!
