Can't we bug the management to release the missing video footage from the gig as a bonus download? What else can this Fed blog be useful for? Make your views known!!!

For the life of me, I cannot remember what video is missing from the Gdansk DVDs. Wots Uh The Deal? Made an audio appearance but not video as far as I remember?

I've the 5 set disc here beside me. Performed at Gdansk and on the CD but not on DVD are Speak to Me, Breathe, Time, Shine on, Astronomy Domine, Fat Old Sun, Wish you Were Here. All of On And Island is on the DVD oddly enough :D

Yeah! I think David's playing a Telecaster. Is that pretty standard for that track?

Yes.
He played a tele on Astronomy during the '94 tour.
And I guess that's sort of a homage to Syd.

So, does this months download offer anything new that we haven't got on that disc 5? I haven't had time to look yet.

I don't have the 5-disc set, but I can tell you that we got 'Wearing the Inside Out' from Milan.

After utilizing your exceptionally well organised site, I guess no, no 'new' material.

Neil Young's Archive Vol.1 on blu-ray is way better David...as new material becomes available, those with the boxset get updates and new downloads. It came out yesterday, and already a new song was found and available yesterday...rust never sleeps...
