Hi all,
My name is Deck and I am living in Ontario Canada.
I am new to the forum but have been a Floyd fan since the early 70's when my older brother started bringing home the albums.
I have always wanted to see the band live and now I will get a chance to see the Roger Waters side of things in September at the ACC in Toronto. Should be a hoot.
Come on Gilmour get off your ass and tour !!!

Snifferdog..yes it does mean Fox.
If I remember correctly from school in Irish language class it was to differniate between a red dog ( Madra rua ) and a red fox.

My daughter's name is Béibhinn which means "fair/white lady". In Irish folklore, Brian Boru's mother and daughter were both named Béibhinn.

We should have kept him in the dark. Irish is a useful language for confounding foreigners and ourselves...
