Video Star. My 9 year old was making videos to One Direction and Katy Perry songs and some of the effects were pretty cool so I downloaded it on my iPhone and just sat in my bed room applying various effects to completely ordinary scenes like the TV playing in the background and my foot tapping along "to the beat" And this is the "free edition" -- there are MANY more effects if you upgrade.
