David Gilmour Announces 2015 European Tour Dates

David Gilmour is touring Europe this fall! He has currently announced 8 shows, including three at the legendary Royal Albert Hall in London! The countries announced so far are: Croatia, Italy, France, Germany, and the UK.


September 12, 2015: CROATIA – PULA

September 14, 2015: ITALY – VERONA

September 15, 2015: ITALY – FLORENCE

September 17, 2015: FRANCE – ORANGE

September 19, 2015: GERMANY – OBERHAUSEN

September 23, 24, 25, 2015: UK – LONDON

I would love to know the source; this is the second band forum on which I've read Gilmour tour dates, but there's nothing posted on his own website, and his blog site seems to be down. A round of fake dates made the rounds around a month ago, so I'm wondering what's behind this.

The announcement is apparently on his blog, which is probably overwhelmed right now, as it seems the only official source (not even on the homepage of his website - click the blog link at the top).

I can't access the blog today, but it is reported on Brain Damage.

Perhaps a nice thing for fans who visit his blog on a regular basis (I don't)...sigh...
